A man was shot when an argument broke out at a Steak 'n Shake drive-thru in west suburban Batavia on Tuesday, authorities said.
Batavia police were notified of the shooting by a hospital when a man arrived to be treated for a gunshot wound about 6:25 p.m., Chief of Police Daniel Eul said in a statement.
